RECOVERY FEES & CHARGES
The minimum “call out” fee is $75 payable regardless whether item is recovered. This generally covers mileage and parking. Additional fees may also be assessed and accrue depending on location, duration and difficulty of search (i.e. bay or night conditions), including but not limited to dive & air tank fill fees, boat rental, accessibility, water depth and conditions, etc.
Recovery fees for jewelry, i.e. gold and diamond rings, gold chains and bracelets, Rolex watches, etc. are based upon the insurable value (30 percent) plus tip (min 20%). For single trip search items valued under a thousand dollars <$1,000 such as silver rings, basic gold wedding bands, etc. a $300 minimum recovery fee applies. For those “sentimental” one of a kind terms that can’t be replaced” or requested recovery items requiring multiple trips, additional recovery fees shall be applicable.
For items found by non-affiliated individuals in which we assist recovery, additional charges in addition to the recovery fees listed above shall apply.
Hourly arrangements are also possible starting at $200 / hour (pp) with a 2 hour minimum. Keep in mind experience pays dividends, and we use only the best equipment and employ advanced search techniques.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
If an item cannot be returned in person, item will be sent to an address specified by the client, with insurance and signature upon delivery so added upon request, and which costs will be added to the recovery. Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers will be provided accordingly.

All articles found during the search apart from the description above, belongs to The Finder. The Finder will not be held responsible for any damages incurred to your jewelry prior to or during the search. The Customer accepts the condition of the found item(s) of which you have lost and will be liable for services rendered.
I also agree to the use of my picture or video to help promote The Finder on their website, blog, Facebook, You Tube video and for any newspaper articles or TV news stories. I acknowledge that I have read this agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
